Quality Inn Dandridge

Traveled with a pet. Area very good for pet travel, room was clean, staff very friendly, easy access off interstate. After checkout I discovered I had left my ring and earrings, but not until about 4 hours away. I called hotel, staff at desk found jewelry and contacted manager. I sent a prepaid ups label to the hotel and my jewelry arrived safely today. Thank you for your customer service, honesty and safe return of my jewelry, it is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with or without pets. It was totally my error to leave my jewelry and they made every effort to ensure it’s safe return.

Convenient to interstate. Friendly staff - we were cheerfully greeted upon our arrival at 1:15 AM local time. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good - wide selection of hot and cold items, juices, etc. Internet was easy to access and speed was sufficient for our needs.

The staff was very helpful. Everything was neat and clean. Our room was a nice size. I especially liked having such a big vanity outside the bathroom. I got excellent help with making my waffle.

The breakfast was good and the location was great. Easy access to family members living in the area. Easy access to places and eateries from the motel. Housekeeping was good. It was nice to return each day to a clean room with linens replaced daily. House keepers were friendly and the front desk were courteous and helpful with questions we had. We would stay again.

The staff was amazing. Phone wouldn't work, and maintenance was there to fix it within 5 min. Nice lil Christmas gift bag that I didn't expect. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains from right outside our door.
